Alterations or cancellation of this order must be in our office by the following dates:

• September 28 for First Quarter bulletins (Jan, Feb, Mar)

• December 28 for Second Quarter bulletins (Apr, May, Jun)

• March 28 for Third Quarter bulletins (Jul, Aug, Sep)

• Jun 28 for Fourth Quarter bulletins (Oct, Nov, Dec)

Any requests for changes that do not meet this deadline schedule cannot be guaranteed to occur in the quarter requested.  Sorry, no credit can be issued for returned bulletins unless previously agreed and return authorization is issued.
