Please enter our continuous order for Cathedral Art Folders. We desire copies per week at $5.05* per hundred starting with the month of . (Orders may start at any time. If you wish to start on a Sunday other than the first Sunday of a month, please note that in the 'Notes' section at the bottom of this order page. Approximately three weeks lead time is required to start a new order. *Prices are subject to change without notice). Shipping charges are added to all orders.

Also, please send EXTRA bulletins for: Palm Sunday Good Friday Easter Father's Day Mother's Day Thanksgiving Christmas These must be in increments of 25 and are in addition to the regular weekly amount.

We understand that the bulletins will be sent quarterly and we will make our remittance promptly after invoice is received.

New orders may be started at any time. Please allow 3 weeks for initial delivery of bulletins.

Alterations or cancellation of this order must be in our office by the following dates:

September 28 for First Quarter bulletins (Jan, Feb, Mar)
December 28 for Second Quarter bulletins (Apr, May, Jun)
March 28 for Third Quarter bulletins (Jul, Aug, Sep)
Jun 28 for Fourth Quarter bulletins (Oct, Nov, Dec)

Any requests for changes that do not meet this deadline schedule cannot be guaranteed to occur in the quarter requested. Sorry, no credit can be issued for returned bulletins unless previously agreed and return authorization is issued.

All of our customers have the choice of either the King James Version of the New International Version when a verse is printed on the bulletin front cover. Please select the version you prefer:

For those who wish to use headline type to set off the name of the church, we offer six different styles of type. Headline type will take 2 of the 5 lines available in the imprint area. Note that only the first line of the imprint will be in the headline font; remaining lines are in a plain, block font. Choose the type style or select "normal" type. Then enter the imprint information below.
