• All returns must be accompanied by the Returns Form. Click here to open and print the return form.
   

• Sunday School curriculum may be returned without prior authorization during the first month of the quarter.  After the first month of the quarter, this material is no longer returnable.  If the return contains items from a standing order, please indicate if you wish to have those items deleted from future standing order shipments.
   

• All other items must have a return authorization number: Call 888.554.9699 or email us at cs@sundayschooldirect.com.
   

• All VBS materials must be returned within 2 weeks of the completion of your VBS. No materials are returnable after August 31. Not all items are returnable. Call for return authorization and details.
   

• We recommend UPS or insured mail shipping methods, as we can only credit items returned in good condition.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

NOTE: The following items are not returnable: dated items (except as noted above); unsealed recorded media (except for exact replacement of defective item); any item not in like-new, resalable condition; item not in original packaging; item not purchased from Sunday School Direct; any item purchased more than 90 days prior to return request.
